Version and Pokémon Pokémon HeartGold SoulSilver Version. are the Pokémon video games developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS handheld. They are remakes of Pokémon Gold & Silver, games for Game Boy launched in 1999. The launch of remakes occurred in September 2009 in Japan and in February and March 2010 in other regions.
